We understand that mistakes happen. That said, we hold ourselves to a very high standard and put substantial work into grading, organizing, and packaging our cards before they reach you. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with an order, we may refund it by crediting your account with store credit. Refunds are always issued as store credit; we do not refund to your original payment method (e.g. card). This keeps our user experience fast and easy. We are able to issue refunds, credits, and adjustments much quicker using store credit.
Using store credit
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. It cannot be transferred to another account or to another individual. Store credit may only be used on Untapped Island in accordance with our terms of use.
How to request a refund
Contact us at support@untappedisland.com with your order details and reason. We will respond and, where appropriate, credit your account with store credit.
